ORDER 2 WEEKS BEFORE
THE LUNCH DATE YOU'RE ORDERING FOR!
( First date is an exception, and is due by Sept. 14th )
Better yet, order for the whole term in one go! And make sure to complete the order to avoid disappointment.
Set up an account for you and your child(ren) and/or check that your child’s information is correct (division, grade, teacher, etc.). Add any allergy information (we will also try to add this detail to the lunch menus). School staff can sign up as staff with the staff room as their division.
Select “Order Lunch” and dates/menus you wish to order from. Complete for each child and make payment. NOTE: the order must be paid for to be processed.
Ordering is for one term at a time (i.e., fall). It is best to complete all your orders for the term in the system when ordering opens, so that you don't miss one! Make sure you click to add food to each lunch day and select all the dates you want to order from. Check your order before placing and paying for it.
ORDER CUT OFF and/or CHANGES to existing lunch orders is 2 WEEKS before the lunch date. Refunds will be credited to your account. Any account balances over $5 at the end of the school year will be refunded.
A reminder email will be sent to you one day before the lunch day. If your child will not be at school that day, PLEASE FILL OUT THE "ARRANGE TO PICK UP...." FORM ON THIS PAGE ON THE WEEK OF HOT LUNCH. DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL!
Remember to send your child with a snack, water/refillable water bottle, and utensils on the lunch days! Utensils are NOT provided.
