Each role is identified as either an annual position or as casual sign-up; it can be a role that you can do at home, or one that requires a volunteer at the school. Many roles have two or more positions, so you will be working together with others, and not doing it all on your own! The PAC Executive Chair and the rest of the executive team are also there to support you all the way!

on Fridays at Westview.
We are looking for 14-16 volunteers:
2 positions for sorting the clothes
5 positions for set-up
2-4 positions for cashiers
5 positions for clean-up

Time involved: depends on the fundraiser - but whatever you can do.
7 volunteers needed:
3 setup crew,
1 cashier
3 cleanup crew
What’s involved: Setting up tables, handing out food, managing the cash box and Square, clean-up.
Time involved:
4hrs (4:30 pm to 8 pm) at the event or as much as possible before eating too many hot dogs.
14 volunteers needed:
1 DJ
4 spooky decorators
5 bewitching crafters
4 food zombies
What’s involved: Planning activities and set-up for the event in the gym, music/disco coordinators, activity/craft table volunteers, pizza distribution, clean up.
Time involved:
2 hrs prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event,
4hrs (4pm - 8pm) at the event or as much as possible before turning into a pumpkin.
10 volunteers needed:
2 film directors
4 concession commanders
4 ushers
What’s involved: Planning and set-up for the event in the gym, movie coordinators, pizza distribution, clean up.
Time involved:
1 hr prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event,
3hrs (5pm - 8pm) at the event or as much as you can while also watching the movie.
Volunteers needed:
Dec 11 - 10 Santa's helpers
Dec 12 - 10 Santa's helpers
Dec 13 - 10 Santa's helpers
What’s involved: Planning and set-up for the Santa shop, sorting donations, volunteer hours each day for helping with the shop and wrapping gifts, and clean-up.
Time involved:
1 hr prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event, shifts for 2 hours at a time over the shop days during school hours (to be confirmed later, usually morning shifts and afternoon shifts) or as much as you can while hiding from the elf on the shelf.
Volunteers needed:
8 Decorators
2 Pizza distributors
4 Concession
4 Glow Accessories Table
4 Face painting table
8 Clean up crew
What’s involved: Planning and set-up for the party at the gym. Handling money at the concession tables during the event. Helping set up and clean up after the party.
Time involved:
1 hr prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event
3 hours at the event ( or whatever you can help with)
1 hour setup befor the event & 1 hour cleanup
