THE PAC URGENTLY NEEDS NEW VOLUNTEERS!
Each role is identified as either an annual position or as casual sign-up; it can be a role that you can do at home, or one that requires a volunteer at the school. Many roles have two or more positions, so you will be working together with others, and not doing it all on your own! The PAC Executive Chair and the rest of the executive team are also there to support you all the way!

EXECUTIVE ROLES (annual) - FILLED!
SOCIAL EVENTS & FUNDRAISERS – Casual Volunteers
DECEMBER 13, 14, 15 (dates to be confirmed)
Dec 12 - 10 Santa's helpers
Dec 13 - 10 Santa's helpers
Dec 14 - 10 Santa's helpers
What’s involved: Planning and set-up for the Santa shop, sorting donations, volunteer hours each day for helping with the shop and wrapping gifts, and clean-up.
1 hr prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event, shifts for 2 hours at a time over the shop days during school hours (to be confirmed later, usually morning shifts and afternoon shifts) or as much as you can while hiding from the elf on the shelf.

Time involved: depends on the fundraiser - but whatever you can do.
WELCOME BBQ SOCIAL
SEPTEMBER 20 (Please sign-up ASAP!)
7 volunteers needed:
3 setup crew,
3 cleanup crew
What’s involved: Setting up tables, handing out food, managing the cash box and Square, clean-up.
4hrs (4:30 pm to 8 pm) at the event or as much as possible before eating too many hot dogs.
14 volunteers needed:
4 spooky decorators
5 bewitching crafters
4 food zombies
What’s involved: Planning activities and set-up for the event in the gym, music/disco coordinators, activity/craft table volunteers, pizza distribution, clean up.
2 hrs prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event,
4hrs (4pm - 8pm) at the event or as much as possible before turning into a pumpkin.
MOVIE & PIZZA NIGHT
10 volunteers needed:
2 film directors
4 concession commanders
What’s involved: Planning and set-up for the event in the gym, movie coordinators, pizza distribution, clean up.
1 hr prep and planning the event as a team a few weeks before event,
3hrs (5pm - 8pm) at the event or as much as you can while also watching the movie.
